Davison County Criminal and Civil Records
The Clerk of Court is the custodian of all criminal and civil court records in Davison County. The Clerk provides the following methods for members of the public to view or obtain copies of these records:
Online
Record seekers may use the eCourts portal to view or obtain copies of a summary of criminal and civil case information or records by entering a name or case number. Interested individuals must register for a free account and log in to the system using an email address and passphrase. Inspection of court case information through this portal is free of charge. However, individuals may purchase criminal and civil documents for $0.10 per page, with a maximum of $3 per document.
Members of the public can access criminal records through the Public Access Record Search (PARS) tool. This online tool provides a summary of public court information in criminal cases from 1989 to the present, including Davison County arrest records. The search fee for this service is $20.
By Mail
Individuals can also obtain copies of criminal and civil records by mail. Case parties can submit a No-Fee Records Request Form to access these records at no cost. Anyone who is not a case party, legal representative, or qualifying agency should mail a completed Statewide Record Search Request Form, along with a fee of $20, to the Davison County Clerk of Court’s Office. Criminal record searches must include the case party’s full name and date of birth.
In person
Requesters can visit the Clerk of Court’s Office during business hours and use the public access terminals to view civil and criminal court information free of charge. Users will need a name or case number to find the appropriate records. They can also print out the court information for a small fee. Alternatively, record seekers can go to the counter and ask a staff member for assistance with the search.
Davison County Marriage Records

Davison Death Records
The Davison County Register of Deeds’ Vital Records Section provides death records when a person completes the necessary application form and provides proof of identity. Applications can be made using the following methods:
- Phone: This is an expedited method for people with credit cards in their names. They must complete an authentication process before the record can be issued. Phone applications attract higher fees than other methods.
- Mail: Complete a Vital Records Request Form and send it with a $15 check and a valid ID to the office.
- In-person: Order at the Vital Records Section during business hours. Customers should bring a complete, signed application form, proof of identity, and a $15 fee to the office. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card.
Davison County Probate Court Records
Registered users can easily find public probate court records online through the eCourts portal. The search can be conducted by name or case number for a fee. Other ways to find probate court records include by mail or in person at the Davison County Clerk of Court’s Office. Mail applications should consist of a completed Statewide Civil Records Request Form and the required fees. The Clerk’s Office has public access terminals that in-person requesters can use to access probate court information. They can also get them from the records staff for a fee.
